Check in was easy and communication with host was great. Nice big backyard for our dogs , which they enjoyed. House was clean and functional . Neighborhood Walmart is close by and any attractions you would want to see in Albuquerque are within 20 mins. There was construction on freeway so it would be faster once that is done .

Great location for a family trip.

If you want to be close to everything in Albuquerque but not have to stay downtown this is the perfect spot. The location is great and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The backyard is amazing with the turf, cornhole and hot tub. I highly recommend this spot for your next trip to ABQ.

WE came to Albuquerque for Gathering of Nations Powwow 2025. This property was 14 miles from the event. EVERYTHING about the property was absolutely INCREDIBLE !!! The pics didn't begin to tell how wonderful this was.....my dawgz were in heaven....and we, as guests, could NOT have been HAPPIER !!! I will always remember this experience AND this property made the whole time even more enjoyable !!! THANK YOU, Jon.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had everything our family needed—nothing was lacking. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything easy. Awesome place!

Our stay was fabulous! Everything was immaculate and welcoming. Loved all the little touches that made us feel right at home. The pool table, hot tub and laundry (with detergent!) were especially enjoyed after our long out-west road trip. We had a little difficulty with the door lock but called and got help literally in seconds. Since this was my very first VRBO experience, I really appreciated the prompt and thorough assistance by phone and messaging. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer!

Keeping everyone together

The house (casa) and separate casita housed everyone in our group. It was very nice to be able to cook for the group without having to go out and host friends we had not seen for a long time. The home is very nice. We used it as our home base and people were able to stop by. Jon and Kendra were awesome hosts and addressed our every need immediately.

Thanksgiving in ABQ

Open kitchen and dining worked well for entertaining family for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed the extra backyard casacitta when infant showed up and needed a quiet baby rooom. Home has hot tub, but we did not have time to take advantage of it. Would recommend this home.
