Well built and the suites actually are. Had a very short stay so can't testify to all the features but having the Landing Bar and Craft beer restaurant next door was a big plus-- great food! Staff was super accomodating and the hotel is fully decked out for the holidays. Great price!

We loved staying at this hotel!! It was clean and the staff was so nice!! They greeted you everytime you left or came back! The bed was comfortable and I liked how much room there was! The price was great also!

Hotels.com screws up reservation
Requested stay at Comfort Inn in Albuquerque, NM for Oct 7,ck out Oct 8. Pet friendly hotel. Went to check in about 4 pm, was told there was no reservation! Showed them itinerary and indeed, it showed we were at the wrong Comfort inn. They explained that we were probably booked at Comfort Suites(just up the road). We moved on to that property and YES! They had our reservation and we proceeded to check in when we noticed a sign on the desk that said NO PETS ALLOWED! I explained I booked thru Hotels.com and they said sorry! “I’ll check with manager to see if he’ll make an exception.” Waited almost an hour for manager to call back. He said NOO, NO EXCEPTIONS! Young lady said my money would be refunded. Frustrated, we left and went back to Comfort Inn! Thankfully, they had a room available, accepted our pets (for a fee) and I, again paid for the room! I have yet to receive my refund from HOTELS.com for screwing up my reservation!
