I would NEVER stay at this hole in the ground again. The staff was rude and racist. I stayed there for the Balloon Fest. I was so disappointed. The first night was traumatizing. The outlets did not work, there was insufficient linen, the phone cord had to be jiggled in order for the phone to work. We were moved to another room. The second night we were denied access, went to front desk and inquired about the inoperable key. Staff replied, "Its blinking yellow bc it dont work." Ya think? I was so ready to check out and GO. On the last day in the hole, all the power went out, no announcement from staff, just silent blackness. If you enjoy subpar amenities, this is the spot. The cafe is overcharged with cold powdered eggs. Just a nightmare all around.

First time staying here, you have to request for a fridge and microwave to be brought up to your room if you need it. The indoor pool is a walk to get there and feels a bit sus when walking there. If you are just staying the night and heading out, then its okay but if you have a family, it's not so family friendly.

Beautiful lobby and nice accommodations. Area nearby was not the best. Hotel is close to highway which was convenient. The eastern views from our 9th floor room were beautiful.

We like this hotel and the pool but the area around it is Sketchy with a capital S. Families should know it’s at the intersection of I-25 and I-40, across the street from the truck stops. Watch your back. And your property.

3 restaurants listed on the information but only 1 with a very limited menu for dinner when we arrived; traveling through so we didn’t want to walk anymore and the area surrounding did not feel safe to walk. Stayed in 705. Faucets were loose. Shower water would not drain so you showered in standin water. Light were rusted. 160 is way too much for this property. I was very disappointed

We liked the breakfast and had help during check in. Check process was quick. Friendly staff. What we did not like was the location. Several non customers walking across parking. We were worried about car being broken into but thankfully they had a security on watch. Our room had stains on the carpet and room had no fridge or microwave. Wi-Fi was slow and would not connect the Netflix ( TV ) .
