The room was quiet and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The evening staff was very helpful and friendly I believe Irene was the name of the lady who checked us out and she was friendly and kind and we really appreciated her efforts to be helpful

Staffing Issues
The hotel itself was average—nothing spectacular, but also not horrible. My bigger issues were with the pitiful breakfast and one of the staff members. The breakfast was significantly lacking, with a minimal selection. I had multiple issues with a young gentleman. When I checked in, I asked him about needing a crib for our room. I mentioned it when booking the hotel, and according to the website, they offered it. He knew nothing about the hotel's cribs and told me he would check into it. I went back to the front desk multiple times asking, and each time, he had no idea who I was and had forgotten to check on the crib. Finally, late that night, I was heading out to pick up the rest of my family from the airport, and he told me he had found them but that it wasn't going to fit in our room. He said that we could check once I was back from the airport. Once I was back, he was gone, and the new person working had no idea what I was talking about. After about 5 minutes, she found the crib and brought it to my room, where it fit just fine. I think he just did not want to deal with the hassle. He also only activated my room key for one night (I was staying for 6), and the next night, he took one of my key cards away and then proceeded to activate it only for two more nights. The girl who reactivated it again did it for the rest of my stay and gave me back my 2nd key card. I seriously think the hotel needs to reevaluate his employment.

Was clean the pool was very cold. Was on bottom floor and wood floors had been put in. Could hear the people walking above the room very loud. Let the front desk know the lady said well carpet is nasty..will not stay here again

My stay was fine nothing special, the area seemed to have lots of possibilities for food and shopping but o don’t get to try any. I arrived at mighnight and left early the next morning. I didn’t use any services they offer or had contact with the stuff besides checking in with went smoothly, and the lady who checked me in was super nice and efficient.

Meh. It’s okay.
Young lady at front wasn’t not pleasant. On her phone. Didn’t greet us. Didn’t say a word except she needed my id. A guy showed up and she disappeared with him. Called the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms. No water pressure in shower. No answer. Holes throughout the room. Shower nozzle had a huge hole. No pressure. When checking in. Our room was open. Door wasn’t shut all the way. Just made me suspicious if someone was in the room. Everytime I’ve stayed here the receptionist is hateful and rude. Not friendly at all.

We had a dog barking at midnight in the room next to us the first night. Called down to the desk. Shortly after it stopped. We were on the 3 rd floor. The rooms could use a dresser to unpack your suitcase. One evening a female front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly when we needed help. She had to stop reading her book to help us. The lady that worked the front desk in the morning was pleasant and always willing to help. It was nice to go to a hotel and the staff handled the problem right away. (Dog barking in the night)

You get what you pay for. Front desk seem like she didn’t want to be there. Room above us was trying out for a tap dancing audition. Walls were super thin you could hear neighbors on both sides. Door to room took a while to open.

I stayed in the one bedroom suite. The tv in the living room wasn’t working. There was no dish towel, sponge, or soap in the kitchen. There was hair on the shower floor. The young man at the front desk with a great attitude fixed all of these issues. The sheets on the bed had yellow stains. It was late and I was too tired to ask to have them changed. The hotel is on a very busy, noisy street. My ear plugs didn’t buffer the traffic noise. The breakfast was adequate. The bed was comfortable. I’m glad there was plank flooring instead of carpet.
