Drury Inn is My New Favorite Hotel Chain

Well lit and welcoming reception area. The front desk staff is very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was cozy and better than most hotel mattresses. It was a wonderful stay after 9 hours of driving. The only improvements I can suggest include more parking availability and complimentary bottled water for the in room coffee maker. Note: this property is located off a MAJOR highway. If you’re a light sleeper, you will hear semi big rigs and traffic early in the morning. With that being said, I’d still stay here again and recommend it to others.

Everything was great except for the noisy bathrooms. Toilets flushed aggressively and showers were loud. I could hear the neighbors and the people above me. I don’t recall this being an issue at any other hotel.

The breakfast & light evening dinner makes this worth the stay every time. This was my second time back here, and any issues i had with the room were corrected quickly, and satisfactorily. You can tell guests experience is a top priority for them here!

Pool area not monitored.

Our stay is always great but this time the pool area was full of kids and they were jumping into the hot tub. Parents were there but were drinking alcohol. The kids were rude and parents didn’t care. I let the manager know in the morning when we check out and she was so sweet and gave us a free stay. The pool area should be monitored more in the evenings. That would help keep everyone safe in the pool area.

Great Hotel!

My daughter and I had a great stay here! The staff was super friendly, the hotel and our room were both very clean and comfortable. I booked one of the king suites and the room was huge! Location was also great. Super close to a variety of food & shopping options as well as a big movie theater. There was plenty of free parking in the hotel lot too which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I stay here often. Customer service is the best starting when you check in to the staff that serve in the dinning room. There was a time last year that I did not feet welcome. I’m so pleased that Drury management has resumed making sure I feel welcome.
