Horrible experience!
Horrible!!!! They gave us a room that someone else was occupying and we walked in on them naked. Got another room and was awakened at 8:00 by jackhammering. Talked to hotel manager and she said there were signs up in lobby about remodeling, we could have gone somewhere else. We weren’t going to pay 3x as much for a room at the last minute. Then said it’s done during business hours so it’s ok. I’m on vacation and not on business hours.

The AC unit didn’t cool the room. The first night I barely slept because the room was too warm. Left the air on all day at 66. Upon my return that evening to my room it was still warm. Called front desk. He came and looked at. Short story, I ended up changing rooms at around 10:30 at night. No offer to discount or anything for giving me a room that had an old unit, when right below me was a room with a new unit that was available. I stayed 4 nights. Also, the lighting is horrible in the rooms. it’s dark when you walk in the room and the switch doesn’t turn a light on if someone didn’t happen to leave a desk light on.

The room itself was ok but the breakfast in the morning was limited with almost no options left and not enough for everyone and there were no plates due to ‘my manager forgetting to order some’

The girl at the front desk was absolutely the best person to be around for checking in. She was very polite and very friendly so after driving 12 hours it was nice to meet someone so upbeat and friendly.

The hotel was awesome, very clean and the bed very comfortable. The front desk attendant, very polite and helpful. It was very easy to check in and we loved the breakfast. The staff was very polite. Our only problem was that the people in the room next to us, kept slamming the door all night. Going in n out and being noisy.
