Would stay again
Really good location conveniently located close to Eubanks and Louisiana Blvds so close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the fact this hotel has gated parking, more places should have this. Would ask for a room on east side for mountain view next time. Good breakfast, nice staff. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it this time. Downside the water pressure in shower was low for an otherwise nice property.

The only downside is the location - enclosed in a locked gate, when I asked about car break-in’s they said they do sometimes happen. The gate closes at 9pm to try to prevent it.

Terrible customer service
When we got to our room. The ac unit rattled so bad the we could not sleep. When we told them the next morning at the front desk. They blew us off as if it was of no importance to them.

Not a good value for the money. It's $175 for a room at the $80 level. Broken office chair that is low to the ground matched to a high desk, so it's at neck height when you sit. Large clump of hair on the wall of the shower, iffy shower door operation, needs maintenance. No vegetarian options at breakfast, but very nice lady. Place is in a weird location getting there by driving through multiple parking lots and an unmarked "road". Surrounded by steel security fence and gate that isn't tasteful and makes it look like a compound in Mexico, apparently it's a bad area.

I arrived at 7 pm and it took 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in.The area atound the hotel did not feel safe, lots of homeless. The property had a tall fence around it. The inside of building was clean and well cared for. Tbe parking lot was well lit.
