The room was good, however there was no microwave in the room. This wouldn't have been a big deal, except there are no microwaves in the breakfast room either. Also, the gym was incredibly small; there was one small set of free weights and one machine that was out of order, making it fairly useless.

This is a gem of a property in what seems to be either a declining (or possibly coming back) neighborhood. That said, the property has everything you need- fitness center, dining, and relaxing rooms, so once you arrive you can stick to the hotel and avoid surrounding areas.

Stayed just one night on a long trip passing through. Lovely little room felt really fun to be a part of history. Even though the room wasn’t very big it was quaint and it felt very homey.

A Must Stay
I was really impressed by how clean and artistic this place was. I was a bit hesitant due to the location near downtown and across from the hospital where there’s a lot of homeless people, but it’s absolutely beautiful. Only negative was the beautiful roof tin bar closing early both days I was there.

Wonderful Romantic Weekend
