I had trouble falling asleep because the smell of the carpet powder was so strong. It made me feel grossed out & wonder what it was covering up. The hotel staff was super nice. And the room was otherwise mostly clean.

I used to stay at this hotel a few times in the past five years. This time I didn't liked it. The carpet is very dirty and stained, the couch was stained also. No microwave in the room. We stayed for more then one night, no room cleaning been done, you need to let them know that you want the room clean. In the bathroom the shower gel was empty. The mattress is bad. Second night I started to have back pain and I switched the bed with my husband and he slept on the couch. This is not the hotel that I know from before anymore.

Staff were friendly and professional during check in/out… The property however, needs updating. The bed was too soft and worn. The tub was slow to drain with water at my ankles halfway through my shower. This property used to be our “go to” for comfort, unfortunately not this time.

The beds are old and lumpy. Has a musty smell in the entire building. Elevators sound like they are ready to go out. There is absolutely no laundry services at this hotel. Carpet in room is old. I won’t stay here again. It doesn’t meet the standards of a Hyatt

This stay was horrible. We left a day early. The beds are like hammocks that the mattresses are that bad. Very dirty throughout. The elevator kept breaking and finally didnt work at all. It not the standard of Hyatt. Its more like Motel 6. The staff were nice. Never had breakfast but once. It was a mess. The employees smoke ut front and drop cigarettes everwhere. If you like clean and comfortable. Keep looking. This one needs major renovations. I stayed way back in June and for awhile it wouldnt eben lwt me leave a review.
