The hotel was very run down. The furniture was dirty and old. The drains in the tub did not drain well although the shower was good. the breakfast was minimal. No fruit and limited items. Even the restaurants in the area were poorly staffed and very slow to serve you. we stayed there two years ago and it has really gone downhill.

Since we drove to check in there was damage to the walls, roof and the room was dirty and the carpets were dirty the ceiling fan was missing a piece and the blades were super dirty.

The room was very clean. It didn't smell musty or weird in any way. There were no rowdy parties going on, so it was quiet when you needed to sleep. I didn't like having to put a $100 deposit, that is totally refundable a few days after you leave. I wished there were more breakfast options for cereal, and that yogurt would be available. The juices tasted good, they were not too watered down. Overall, it was a good experience.

This hotel is pet friendly but entering into the lobby you can smell dog pee, the floor in the lobby was so dirty, the elevator floor dirty as well, the carpet on our room old and filthy. They charge $25.00 per per, at least they can mop the floors to remove the dog pee odor. It time for this hotel to get a deep cleaning or been remodeled. Will it stay there ever again.

First impression the outside overhang must have been ran into and broken plaster hanging off. Bathroom fan noisy and then stopped working after 15 min. Stained upholstered chair. Bed off the platform rocked when sit on. Almost fell on floor. In dining area , hot water spicket broken. No orange juice. Basically, depressing room & place

The staff were helpful and welcoming, but the property is really run down and in need of repairs and a major face lift to bring the hotel to the current standards we customers expect with a major hotel name.
