Special request was ignored. Desk attendant at check in was rude. Specifically asked about the hot tub- shown were it was but was not told it wasn't working. Asked for a close room (handicap reasons), but was put on total opposite side of motel. Breakfast was very lacking. Won't stay here again!

The hot tub is out of order the pool isn't heated, there isn't any towels at the pool came back to the room to take a hot shower and there isn't any hot water had to take a freezing cold shower after swimming in the winter :(

The location was convenient for my trip and priced for what it is. Breakfast was slim options and room was freshly remodeled but bathroom wasn’t cleaned real well and tub showed its wear and tear. This is not a complaint, as I said, the priced matched the experience.

I was told after I paid for my reservation that the room couldn’t be rented to be because I’m local? The staff was very friendly but I can’t say much positive otherwise. Tiny, thin towels were filthy. I’m sure they were washed but they still looked filthy. Time to throw those rags out and get real towels! Terrible job cleaning the room too, if indeed it was cleaned. I was very disappointed with this property. It didn’t match the pictures. Everything looked very old and tired. Dust, dirt, and hairs on the floors didn’t help either. Didn’t use the shower. I’d feel dirtier afterwards if I did.

Very clean hotel, pet friendly and easy access to I40. Lots of restaurants within 4 miles. Large accessible room. Nice linens. Quiet. Breakfast had a good variety, however the hotel is short staffed with a wait to check in and check out and only one staff to refresh breakfast. Staff was however, very friendly. There wasn't any grass area for pets. But all things considered, I'd stay there again.
