Special request was ignored. Desk attendant at check in was rude. Specifically asked about the hot tub- shown were it was but was not told it wasn't working. Asked for a close room (handicap reasons), but was put on total opposite side of motel. Breakfast was very lacking. Won't stay here again!

A little off the freeway but a good stay
This was a very comfy place to stay and we noticed a lot of people with dogs so it seems to be very pet friendly as well. It is a little off the freeway and there is a sign reminding you not to leave anything valuable in the car. We didn't have any problems and our stay was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Breakfast was also very nicely laid out and the family loved the variety.

Stained bedding and towels, bathtub was so dirty I didn’t even want to get in it. Dust bunnies and hair all over the floor when we checked in. Pancake maker and hot tub was out of order.

We booked a hotel for Thanksgiving weekend. We live in Rio Rancho and we live on 1 acre of rural land ( off grid). We just wanted to be able to take a hot shower and not have to worry about getting up during the middle of the night to put wood in our wood stove, so yes this would have been a little vacation for us. Once we arrived we were told that they do accommodate locals. I was in shock because I have never been denied a stay at the hotel for being a “local”. We were told that this was a “traveling hotel” and they do not have signs anywhere around or in the building nor on the website nor on the Expedia website that we booked the hotel on. All we were told is that the “locals” come and trash the hotels and leave them in disarray. We will be taking legal action. Although, this is a privately owned hotel, this can and will be seen as discrimination. Unless they have legal grounds or something in writing ( not just what your boss told you to tell people). And as always at any establishment in New Mexico ( considering the low education rate) we were addressed with attitude and even asked “well if you live here why do you need a hotel”. So like I said I will be filing a complaint with anyone’s information that I can get ahold of.

I called and the guy that books over the phone told me that he'll check with the front desk to at l see if i was ok to stay there with no physician ID. I have a pic of it in my phone. Plus pics of my Veterans health care ID. With all this i have my DD214, awards letter, etc. He guaranteed me 3 times that i could use this to check in. When i got there the lady at the desk told me i couldn't use this information. I booked online just before getting there for 4 nights. At this point it's too late to cancel on my end so she tells me that she did it herself. Ok kool, so i book it in my female friends name and for some reason they argue and my friend has to leave. Then she says because I'm with her i gotta go too. I can't I'm stuck. And she me that she wasnt going to reimburse me a 2nd time because of her argument with my friend. She was rude and disrespectful, i had to find a place that'll work with me on short notice, and I'm missing a lot of money they she says was reimbursed. And because I wanted the receipts showing i wasn't gonna have to pay full price, she called security on me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. She wasn't trying to hear anything i said, plus upped the price even though i paid online in advance, and said it ain't her fault if i cant addord the new price and that they dont have to honor third parties, even when you've paid. Just don't lie to me and then leave me stranded like that is all i ask. God bless.
