The amount of cockroaches in the room was insane.

Toilet didn't flush and there were no towels in the room. The building is in rough shape, but that's kinda expected. It didn't feel clean or safe, but if you're expecting a shady motel by an underpass it checks all the boxes.

Loud noisy can hear the foot step of 1st floor person,like doing jogging at midnight unable to sleep,unknown people on the property roaming for no reason, feel uncomfortable and not safe, weird group of peoples,on the property.

Strong scent of smoke
When I entered the room there was a huge smell of cigarettes. Room was kind off flooded but it is understandable for the storm that was happening at the time but the smell of cigarettes and roaches was too much for my kids to sleep in that room. Front desk was helpful he moved us to another room which was way better no scent of any smoke or cigarettes.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the other people staying there were terrible. Loud all night and the people above me were so loud I had to bang on the ceiling to get them to stop stomping at 2 am

Horrible I try to call hotels.com and they blocked
We had no tv in our room I went to the front desk and the night manager was a scumbag that tried to extort extra money out of me,then I called hotels.com and they blocked me from the chat bot. Terrible service from both ends

No bath towels. No Kleenex. No shampoo. Several outlets didn’t work and were dangerous. A weed party was being held outside the front of the room right next to us. The floor was so filthy that the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt. It’s really a flop house for drug users.
