Ok at best
So I came out to see my son who is currently stationed at kirtland Air Force Base. I booked this hotel as it was close the base and the reviews were relatively decent. What I did find was customer service is pretty good. Location was good and the bed and shower were pretty awesome. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well. However, overall cleanliness I would have to give one star or an equivalent of an F. Rooms were pretty clean but definitely not as clean as they could be but tolerable. Hallways and elevators carpets did not smell the best and weren't the cleanest stairways were pretty dirty and elevators didn't feel clean. Tidiness I give the solid four stars. Everything seemed in order. Worst part of the whole experience was the outside. Very dirty the tables, chairs, trash cans, sidewalks, walls, the landscape, all filthy dirty . If you're looking for a beautiful property, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place to stay that gets the job done, this will work. One last thing, if you have a pet, the pet friendly does not mention that there is additional fees to have your pet $75 for a few days and $150 for a week in addition to your room rates and there is a charge for parking $5 a night.

We stayed due to being in the car traveling and having a migraine, the ac sounded like there was a bag in it and kept us up all night but the staff was super friendly.

Horrible do not waste your money or time here, the room was filthy, the bed had literal dog paw prints throughout the bed sheets and all , the side table near the bed were also not wiped clearly dog prints all over them as well as lots of dog fur or human hair not sure, also I called down about the matter, all that was offered to me was to change the bedding myself (which I did) I was not expecting to come on vacation and have to clean my own hotel room, when talking to the front desk about how upsetting this is , their response " o no that's terrible" come on after spending nearly 160 dollars this was RIDICULOUS!!!!! run fast away from here!!!

The stay was great but the service last night was horrible. After driving 16hrs we arrive and the door is locked and it takes the women me ringing the bell and waiting then pushing the talk button for her to open the door after that she had an attitude. I would only book again bc the service for check out was super easy and the ladies up front were smiling super nice.

Overall condition of room is very uncomfortable. Although furnitures are very old and dirty. The carpet looks never steamed with bad smell to make me open the window during a stay. The staffs were kind and responsible.
