This place was terrible. Heavy stale cigarette smoke, so bad that our clothes and belongings absorbed the smell and lingered for days. We saw cockroaches. Our bed was missing the top sheet. Bathroom floor was filthy under the sink vanity.

We were given a filthy room. Crumbs on the table, cigarette burn holes in the blanket, chair and table. Tv only 2 channels and spotty, control dis not go past those 2 channels. Hairs in the tub n shower tile, dust on tv, lamps and bedside table. Fist day the lavatory started to not drain and eventually water started coming from under the sink and spilling onto the floor, the room started to smell of sewer gas. I went to tell the office and they wanted to give me towels to clean it up, I refused to clean it up and started packing my things to leave. I was told that I would not be getting my money back from the next day- it was a 2 day stay. I was told that they wouldn’t cancel the 2nd day because I had booked through Expedia. They agreed to move me to another room. The new room was not any better. Again it was dirty with smudges on the wall, light fixtures, table and a none- swept floor. The tub had a soap wrapper and a used sliver of used soap from a previous person. The tv, had no remote and the buttons did not make it turn on! Next day, I went to the office to check out. They made me wait about 20 min., because no one came to the small window to help us- I was one of 4 others trying to check out. When they finally let me in the office I reminded them of all the filth and sewage water flooding the restroom and demanded compensation in the form of a fair discount to which they had agreed to. Two days later I have not received a receipt to see the discount. RUN!

Roaches in the room, cigarette holes in the blanket, I woke up at 3am to a roach crawling on my arm, then I immediately went to the bathroom and there were two more crawling around, the quickly scurried into a hole near the bath tub.

Worst motel ever. I have asked for non smoking room. But the room was quite the opposite had holes from cigarettes and couldn’t breath. Very pricy for such a bad place because it was the October ballon festival season.

Our reservation booked 8 months in advance was canceled by the hotel the day of our arrival. We notified hotel of after 6p arrival, to which they said “No problem”. We confirmed in person and office even offered to stow our bags. But upon arrival we were informed our reservation had been canceled. I was not notified prior. We were there for a big festival and I’m positive they sold our room to a higher bidder! Even if someone in the office inadvertently hit a cancel button, surely there’s a software way to fix it. We were told there was no way. Next day we called to speak to a manager and were told the real reason for the cancellation was my credit card didn’t go through. However I have receipts of FULL payment 8 months prior. All a huge scam to make more money!!

I was told if I pay for my rm before before I arrive that all I have to do is get my key once there. didn't happen once arrived I had to wait for 3 hrs to get into rm after a long drive of 9 hrs. once in the rm very disappointed. looked nothing like the photos online. had ragady table, stains on the bed skirt, the room was gloomy. i asked for another rm. it was a little better. the towels they had in the rm was towels from the dollar tree. there brand new with lent on them etc. this location use to be the nice location. not anymore! it looks like a homeless shelter for the price asking.

Top notch desk clerks, just trying to do what they could with what little they have. The customers kept to themselves for the most part. This is obviously a place with long term residents, and those guests are polite and helpful. The first room was filthy, with dead roaches everywhere. We had to ask for a new room and the clerk was helpful and apologized for the condition of the room. My wife and i went and bought cleaning supplies because the floors were literally dirty. No bed bugs or fleas or roaches in the final room where we spent our vacation. Homeless folks and drug users and sex workers do not bother me, but this might bother people who are more sensitive to social issues. I would stay here again for the price. Great location, close to shopping centers and the freeway.

Bed had a broken leg on one corner and would tip when you sat on the edge. Room and bathroom not cleaned well. Sketchy area, heard cops and vagrants outside in the night.

We had made our reservation online on the way to Albuquerque because we realized we were going to have to stay overnight until the morning and when we get there they tell us that we owe a deposit and it would be $100 deposit if we wanted a TV in the room and only a $50 deposit if we were okay without a room having a TV so we went ahead and did the 50 and we only had 49 so we did give them a 49 for the deposit when we get to our room Our room is filthy hasn't been cleaned and all the lines were dirty so I go back until the front desk man if he was playing a joke on me or are they hiring for maids or do they have chemical so I can clean that room and he issued us another room he said that was the third person that told him that the rooms were not clean. So we go into the new room and it's clean but it looks like everything was wiped down with a dirty rag. The bar that holds the towel was broken, the toilet was really dirty. I use to stay at the same hotel about 10 years ago when I was going back to school and then was five stars for sure now it's 1 star for me. It needs a better cleaning staff, in the morning I looked for a housekeeper and there was none I didn't see any cleaning carts at all the whole morning. When we went up to get our deposit they told us that the housekeeper would have to check the room first. We got to call a few hours later They wanted the card number the expiration date and my CVV. I'm waiting for my deposit to post.
