This place is a complete dump ! There was NO refrigerator or microwave, the bedding smelled like car grease, the face to the drawer fell off, the bathroom door was destroyed and held together by a bunch of screws, the carpet was so dirty and gross I would not let my bare feet touch it, the chair and foot stool in the room was so filthy I would not touch it or set my things on it. I worried all night about my vehicle getting broken into because there were drug addicts and homeless people everywhere outside, The room was not even worth $50.00 a night much less the $160.00 I paid, If you value your safety and personal things, and do not want a disease, then DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Beds were somewhat comfortable but, not very clean smelling. Hotel was not as clean as the pictures on the internet. We stayed because it was late and very difficult to find a hotel due to a balloon festival going on. The hotel over had a bad odo. Also, surrounding area didn’t feel safe. There is a lot of homeless people nearby.

Staff was very friendly, free breakfast, nice and clean room; There’s a lot of people milling around after dark a lot of drugs and "zombies" the lot is not secure from the street, I didn't feel secure going to the nearby restaurant in the evening.

We paid approx $198.00 for a king bed, 2 people. The room was very small, (my bathroom and closet are larger), the faucet was loose, sprayed water everywhere, the furniture very old (70’s), and the carpet needed to be replaced! Won’t be staying in Albuquerque again anytime soon!!!

Needs some TLC, but a decent place to stay
The place is “well-loved” and would use some TLC from a maintenance team… but it was clean and felt safe. Front desk staff was great. Bed was comfortable, though I wish they would move away from a blanket (knowing how sometimes they’re skipped) like other places. I would have also preferred to not have carpet (again, due to cleanliness stories), but it wasn’t bad. Bathroom was clean and smelled of bleach, which I was very okay with. The property is between the interstate and a light industrial area, but it felt safe enough and was well lit. Interior halls were a plus and not too noisy. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fancy, but was enjoyable and did the job. Overall, I felt good about it, even if it could use some changes.
