Lobby did not match the drapes
The outside and floor did not match the drapes. The room worked for us but it needs a refresh to match the rest of the hotel. The elevator stopped working for us. Ran out of key cards for our stay. Good location and parking. The fit and finish of the bathroom were not up to standard.

This hotel is top notch. Love that valet parking is just $10. Our valet person went above and beyond too. We walked a few short blocks to the venue and felt completely safe walking there and back. Id stay here again.

Sneezing and snotting attack
Walking in had high hopes it looked good and the staff was really nice. Walked up to the room and it reeked of mold I think. I instantly started sneezing/ snotting/ and coughing it lasted the entire time I was in the room. I would have left, but couldn’t get my money back and it was late by the time I got there. None of the staff knew of any walking distance dinner places, but the bar had really good lemon drop drinks.

They did not provide a wake- up call for 4 in the morning as we requested so that we could meet friends to go to the balloon fest. Not all elevators were operational. Otherwise the room was fine nothing special.

Great place for downtown access and entertainment.
It was walking distance to the venue I was going to and the hotel itself was great. Parking garage was easily accessible, room was nice. No issues. I bring my own blankets and sheets, plus my pillow so I don’t worry about cleanliness too much unless something crawls up on me lol. Then, that’s something else. A worser review lol. But, overall it’s a good place to stay, with amenities close by. But downtown places close early on weekdays, which was when my trip took place. 👏👍😊

The valet staff were amazing. Very attentive and helpful. However, we had to ask our room to be cleaned three (3) times and still no one came to provide maid service. This was disappointing at 500USD a night. Very nice outdoor pool and hottub and a great location in the heart of ABQ. I would return for another stay.

Very nice, historic hotel in downtown. The only issues were the parking garage elevator had an odor and the ice machine on my floor (6th) was out of order.

Checked in 2 hours late and my room was still unavailable due to cleaning. Checkd in to a king size bed intead og 2 full beds. Front desk said it be a great view for ballons during fest but got a room facing the garage. Called for extra towels since we got a room for 3 intead of 4 like we oaid for but there was answer. Elevetors were not working and had to wait in ling line to get to my room. Unpleasant experience for the money paid. There were many options but decided on this and was a bad choice. Contacted front sldesk for recipt of stay and they said theyd send it in 10 min. Never got it or a responce from front desk.

I stayed here for one night, and the staff was so welcoming! They answered all my questions, and check in was so quick. My room was nice, clean and so spacious! Definitely recommend the hotel and worth the stay.
