Nice staff but dirty beds
Sheets a duvet dirty. Hair under sheets. Carpet severely needs replaced or deep cleaned. Garbage under bed and crumbs around mattress inserts. Otherwise good. Staff very nice!

Old town
We unexpectedly arrived very late on Sunday evening. I messaged ahead to the hotel to alert them, but did not hear back. When we got to the hotel, there was no parking to speak of. The only spot available was the handicapped spot. I had difficulty getting the office to answer and we ended up driving around a couple times before we realized where it was, check in person was very pleasant but when we tried to get back to the office to let them know, the parking dilemma I couldn’t get any answer was very nice otherwise and the housekeeping staffed an outstanding job. Very nice lounge available as well.

I liked that our parking spot was right outside our door. I did not like the lack of privacy, The window to our room had only a thin curtain and there was a neon red light on all night that shined into the room

The staff was very friendly. The major ding for this property is that the room was not cleaned. We found a thong from a previous guest in our bed. the bottom sheet was not tucked in all the way which is why we looked in the first place. We took pictures and brought them to the front desk. They did put us in another room and told us the manager would contact us the next day. The manager never followed up. If the manager would have followed up, I would not have given a bad review.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable (stop it with the memory foam!), room rather unclean, shower head didn’t stay upright and AC only goes to 67. I stayed for 7 nights and will not stay here again.
