This may sound a little weird, but I really enjoyed the idea of the hotel, a modern roadside inn on Route 66, BUT there was a rat in our room. I saw him one night meandering in and out of our belongings before running under the bed. At that point, all of the charm of the hotel came to a screeching halt. After getting the courage to get out of bed and walk to the lobby to report the incident (we called the operator and got no response), we were given another room. The bartender/front desk clerk said he would help us move our stuff to the new room, but apparently forgot, so there we were, shaking out and moving all of our things to the second floor in our pajamas. The floor in the first room where our stuff was was covered in rat feces, and we found droppings in some of our bags. If they can remediate the rat issue, I would recommend this hotel.

The room was so well decorated and the amenities were great. The free drinks are a great little perk. The bed was super comfortable and I loved having the parking right in front of the room.

What a lovely motel! The room is exquisite! It is within walking distance to restaurants and Walgreens. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. It was too cold outside to use the pool, but it looked delightful. We did not go to the bar, but it looked wonderful as well. We’re coming back the next time we’re in Albuquerque!

A very simple but cute motel. Some areas of Albuquerque with clusters of motels can be very sketchy with loads of homeless surrounding them (learned that the hard way). Thankfully, this is not in that category. The location and surroundings were good, especially for the price, the room and bed were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and they have a nice bar with a complimentary drink. I will stay there again on my next visit.
