This was one of the best experiences in albuquerque. From check in to check out. The lobby is beautiful and the aesthetic was very well thought out. It's clean and pristine. The room was carefully thought out as well and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very modern and clean. At night you would never know you were staying in a hotel it was quieter than a mouse in the house. They employees check in via text with you. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot. They have a speak easy which is hidden and the bartender wasn't the friendliest but I will not allow one person who may have been having a bad day (working on halloween) change my review. Around the hotel they have cute decor and a life size chess set. I will always stay with hotel Zazz. One little thing they have cute local hygiene products named Roozy and they smell amazing. Brought them to my baby niece. She was so happy to have them as her name is Rosy.

What a fun, creative place. You can't help but feel good with all the colorful surroundings and art! Area felt very safe and easy walking distance to great restaurants. The Speak Easy was a fun surprise and we enjoyed a few nightcaps there before heading to our room.

Unique place to stay to say the least! Pretty much our go to place to stay in Alb. now. Convenient location to the Downs at Alb and just far enough way to be relatively safe near a rough part of town. Charge for parking should come with the room. Just Sayin.

My air conditioner stopped working. I was 3pm on a weekday when I noticed it, and instead of fixing it,k they moved me to another room, above the bar. The bar was noisy with thmping music through my floor until after 10pm. I complained and they tried to move me to a room that was not as good athe room I paid for, and it stunk of cigarettes. I had to complain again and was moved to a 4th room that was smaller than the room I booked and paid for. It was not a fun experience moving my bags all over the Motel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which truly stood out for its accommodating staff. They provided extra soaps, shampoos, and even an iron and ironing board when needed. Everyone was kind and courteous, making my experience enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to find an additional parking fee on top of the already high room rate. For that price, I expected parking to be included. While there is a side lot with security cameras, it lacks visibility from the room, which can be concerning given the area's sketchy reputation. It would have been reassuring to park in the motel’s more visible spots, especially since they had open spaces available. Additionally, the hotel advertised movies by the pool on both their website and in-room TV, but both nights there were no movies showing, which was a letdown. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel, but be aware of the extra parking costs and check for movie schedules if that’s something you’re interested in.

Hotel Zazz is a fun and modern motel that fits right in with Albuquerque's personality. Located in the Nob Hill district, it is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff were great and super friendly, and if you had any questions they were just a text message away. The rooms were bright and modern with colorful accents to really set them apart. Make sure you check out the speakeasy lounge and hang out by the pool.

Noise pollution
Avoid room 128. This room is located right next to the housekeeping quarters. We traveled for balloon fiesta and was looking forward to some rest and relaxation at the room. This was impossible anytime the housekeepers were in and out of that room. I brought this to the attention of the management and even though they had an available room to move me to they wanted to charge me an upgrade fee to move away from the noise. I will stay at another hotel for my future abq trips. This accommodation request was very appropriate yet management fought this regardless of the vacancy.
