Staff were lovely but this hotel needs updating. No ability to access streaming services is very behind the times for a hotel advertising itself as 4 star. Beds comfortable but pillows too small and only 2 rather than 4 on a double bed.

Good room with walk in shower, good size towels, work desk overlooking street and distant views of hills, parking needs to be booked in advance, delicious room service dinner. The only negative I had was the King Size bed is 2 single beds pushed together which I hate.

Upgraded to Executive Studio. Lovely room with sofa and work desk, good walk in shower with large towels and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pump bottles. Excellent room service food. King bed is 2 single beds pushed together which is a pet hate of mine. No car park available, so had to park in multi level car park next door - saw some teenagers hanging around on the upper levels, so not comfortable with this option.

The breakfast was good but I had to ask to top up of everything and this was about 9 so I think they should check it more often as breakfast finishes at 10:00 Also the coffee that we had was a 1 out of 10,maybe the management can organise a coffee training refresher a couple of times a year so that they are up to date with good quality coffee these days coffee is king . thanks Toni costa

All ok, but reception could have been a little brighter.. they said Pet Friendly, but young man at reception not that receptive.. Our doggie doesn’t smell and very friendly toy Cavoodle.. you would have thought we had a snotty nosed youngster with us

Pleasantly Surprised
Was very pleased with our overnight stay - thought it might be noisy but heard nothing at all. The view was very pretty and the breakfast much better than expected and great value. The parking charge of $15 was worth paying and the position was extremely convenient. Look forward to returning on our next trip to Sydney.
