Really enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed my 1-night stay for business. Large clean room, huge TV with all the streaming services, large shower with good water pressure, extremely comfortable bed and very nice continental breakfast provisions. Also, very close to Star Hotel for a really good pub meal. Would definitely star again when next in Albury.

Poor customer services. Abrupt and disengaging. Room 14 degrees on arrival - manager states this to be acceptable for their guests, some of which come from afar. When other guest left early, next door, allowed his diesel to run for a while totally oblivion to neighbouring guests. Smoke entering my room - I’m on asthmatic. Appalling. Will not recommended and certainly never return.

Perfect for one night. Nothing fancy or new. Comfortable beds. Toast, spreads, milk and cereal, fruit cups provided for breakfast which is great for an early morning start. Easy parking.

Prompt and friendly reception, very clean and spacious room, good continental breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet and convenient location. Our room was competitively priced and good value. Decor was slightly dated but that didn't matter to us.

We got there after hours, but had arranged with the managers to leave a key. Quiet location. easy to find. They had put a heater in the room, which we appreciated as the air con was noisy, so they must have been onto that. comfy bed. simple breakfast in the room available. suited us.
