We weren’t aware we had to pay extra to park, until we confirmed the booking, the bed was uncomfortable and did not match the price we paid to stay there. However the apartment was well equipped, tv was good, it was very clean and had an excellent shower.

Very disappointed to be hit with a phone call pointing out there is car parking charges - in a country town - AFTER you’ve paid a NON-refundable payment. Won’t stay here again and very disappointed in Hotels for not pointing this out prior.

We have stayed here 4 times now and it is our home base when we're coming through Albury. We get a family 2 bed unit and it's really well appointed with two bathrooms, a sitting room and big bedrooms. Proximity to Albury town centre, restauranta, supermarket and shopping is great and we will definitely be back again.

The room was a great size and adequate kitchen facilities for a small family. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and this would stop us returning to the property. We are “normal” size and my husband can generally sleep on anything and he even woke in pain as well as myself. I wouldn’t recommend and look for alternative locations for future stays. Thank you

They are to be commended for their express check in and check out. I’ve never seen such efficiency! Great place to stay, very spacious. Was a bit noisy at night with the hooligans so I’m glad I parked inside the car park.
