Comfortable and relaxing stay!
My partner and I stayed for 3 nights, and it was the perfect home-base for our first visit to Mallorca. A short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, bus lines etc. We enjoyed the front balcony each night. While the apartment is close to these things, the street it's on was not at all busy with crowds. Muchisimas gracias, Pedro!

Bon séjour
Pedro, le propriétaire, est une personne agréable et très accueillante. Il souhaite nous faire profiter de toute la beauté de son île, des différentes activités et des restaurants autour de la location. Il a tout prévu pour bien vous conseiller. Il sera présent pour vous accueillir dans son appartement propre et fonctionnel et vous réservera une boisson fraîche dans le réfrigérateur. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable à Alcúdia.

Zeer fijn verblijf!
De gastheer Pedro heeft ons goed begeleidt vanaf aankomst en was zeer vriendelijk. Het appartement is schoon, fris en van alles voorzien. Echt een aanrader en we komen er zeker eens weer! Centraal gelegen en restaurants binnen loopafstand. Naar strand is 10 a 15 minuten lopen. Zwembad was onduidelijk voor ons of we die mochten gebruiken, ligt aan de overkant van de straat.

Schöner Sommerausklang
Immer noch ein gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Alle notwendigen Dinge des Lebens sind weiterhin vorhanden. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment auch beim zweiten Mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Pedro war wieder sehr gut.

Appartement parfait.
Très bel appartement parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Il est rare de trouver des locations aussi bien équipées, nous étions comme à la maison. Situation géographique idéale pour visiter Alcudia et tout le nord de l'île. Pedro est un hôte exceptionnel. Il est venu nous chercher au port, nous a permis un early check-in et s'est montré très flexible sur le départ. Ce fut un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Je recommande cet appartement à 100%. Encore merci à Pedro pour sa gentillesse.
