Lovely communal spaces. Food and drink a bit over priced. Breakfast ok. Egg dishes overdone and nothing different or special ie. To order omelets etc. But all adequate.

30.00 USD to park your rental car per day. Room is extremely small (cannot stand up over half of the bed due to sloped ceiling)) with a little tiny window that is supposed to be a sea view. Breakfast was excellent but dinner menu was not much.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We only ate at one of the restaurants but it was one of our favorite meals ! Fresh and delicious mussels with great French fries ! A huge delicious chicken Caesar salad. The bar had amazing cocktails. We knew from walking into the lobby with the biggest fireplace I’ve ever seen we were in for a treat ! The bed was comfortable . We could walk everywhere so the location is perfect too. We hope to return one day!

We spent only one night, but loved the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and fireplace, nice room. Even offered us a to-go breakfast bag because we had to leave early to catch our flight.

First class hotel centrally located
The hotel is first class - great staff and great rooms. The breakfast was excellent. Ålesund is a lovely town - a walk up the mountain and a beer in Molo recommended.
