Superbe appartement, aménagé avec goût et très bien équipé.
Chouette séjour à Alex entre amis, avec des enfants de 2 à 7 ans. Nous avons bien profité des environs pour faire des balades à pied et du vélo. Surtout autour du lac d'Annecy ( réservé naturelle du bout du lac, boucle du facteur en vtt, accrobranche à Talloires, etc...) C'est une très belle région, nous reviendrons!

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. Il aurait pu être calme, comme l'assurait l'annonce, mais nous avons été bercé, tout au long de notre séjour par le vacarme incessant des tractopelles situés au pied de la maison. Nous en avons informé l’agence, Annecy location, qui à aucun moment, ne s’est senti responsable de la situation, ni même désolé. Notre interlocuteur, apparemment agacé, a demandé une indemnisation au propriétaire qui a consenti à nous rétrocéder une nuit sur 4. L’agence n'a pas d’ailleurs pas retiré l'annonce, même après avoir été informée de la durée des travaux. A part ça, l’emplacement est joli avec une belle vue. Les commerces sont à 10 minutes en voiture dans le village voisin.
