It accommodates this 1st gîte: the Martin Pêcheur and a 2nd independent gîte which can accommodate 4 people: L'Atelier des Hirondelles, H53G020559 (2 bedrooms) and the owners' house on 4,000m² of land enclosed by bocage hedges. Each house is independent and has its private terrace and fishing shed. None overlooked. Access to the pond which offers a green landscaped setting.

In the surrounding area: The towpath 6 km away (85km along the Mayenne), the castles in Mayenne, Laval, Lassay-les-Châteaux, Ste Suzanne, Fougères, Vitré, as well as the characterful villages of Fontaine-Daniel and Chailland , the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains, the Museums, the remarkable Gardens of Renaudies. The Refuge de l’Arche, the Caves of Saulges. And 1h30 by car is Mont-Saint-Michel.

PROFESSIONAL STAY - A rate is reserved for you for any monthly rental. Cleaning fee €30 and obligatory sheets €15/bed per week. Electric heating: on meter reading to be paid to the owner.
