Lake Latoka in Alexandria is waiting for you at this 4-bedroom house. This tranquil retreat has stunning sunset views, enjoy the large deck, or have fun swimming, paddleboarding or paddle boating, kayaking, sitting on the dock in the bay, with 150 ft of shoreline on Lake Latoka. This home features open concept living room/full kitchen as well as an outdoor patio and furniture with a gas grill, to enjoy the
sunsets on. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, with a walk in closet and master bath, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a double bed, and fourth bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. There is a sofa sleeper downstairs in the living room with a fireplace. There is 1 flat screen TV in the upstairs living room and 1 flat screen TV in the downstairs living room, with cable available. Wi Fi service is included. Washer and dryer available. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Heat and A/C . There is a pool table downstairs for your family to enjoy. This property features 4 exterior cameras. Cameras 1 and 2 are at the front door facing the driveway and garage doors. Camera 3 is above the back walk-through garage door and camera 4 is above the basement walkout door, facing the lake. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces or view the actual deck. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. Enjoy all that Alexandria has to offer when you stay at our place.

Other things to note
The steps leading into the water from the beach can be slippery. Use caution.
