Loved the staff! And the bed was wonderful w/ great bedding & towels. Also, a full breakfast was very convenient & satisfying! Pets are only allowed on ground floor, which was disappointing, I prefer to stay on 2nd floor or above

The location is good, but rest is average or below average. The elevator issue is the biggest problem. Waiting time 8 minutes at morning. The room is good, but why is curtains can' t cover a whole window? Sleep ing with a light from the street is not best expirence!!

I stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. I liked the hotel for its simplicity and the quality of service. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The breakfast is great. I would stay in the hotel for a second time.

You need to have a shuttle to and from the metro. It would be very convenient for you to have it. An HDMI cord so if we wanna watch Netflix we can. The shower needs to a little wider and needs cleaned a little better. Other than that its was fine.

I really liked the hotel it was very nice and clean. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had since I’m a seasoned traveler. The only downfall was that the hotel only had one working elevator which made it hard to get to my room because I was on one of the upper floors and the staff had to use it also which made for quite a bit of a wait.

We stayed for a night. They had one working elevator. We were on the 7th floor. They had one working elevator for the entire building. So going up or down required standing in a line and then stopping on each floor. As far as the room goes: every time we flushed, the water would leak from the bottom of the toilet and flood the bathroom floor. Yup. We left.
