The staff were amazing and helpful, super friendly. Th breakfast is over the top, 2 types of waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagles, light and dark roast. The pool was nice and warm. Everyone in the family loved th stay.

Excellent customer service. The front desk is fast, professional, personable, and friendly. The breakfast crew was on top of everything: cleaning, refilling, etc. The breakfast had great variety. The gym, pool, and laundry were all clean and useful.

Sorry to say, not great.
Room was spacious & clean. Decor a little drab, sparse. A/C unit worked well but quite loud at times. Oddly the evening we arrived the hallway smelled like Marijuana & on occasion the air coming in from the A/C unit also smelled that way. In the AM it was fine. When booking we requested extra pillows, none were provided. When asking at the front desk we needed to share medical issues in order to get more than 1 pillow. Have never experienced this at any other facility! Also for some odd reason Firestick won't work there so I concur with other viewers on this annoyance & TV guide doesn't work either. Disappointing. Probably would not return even though this is the highest rated hotel in the area.

Staff super friendly ( especially Torrie) that monitored the breakfast buffet. Don’t remember the lady at the front desk (there were 2 of them) both super friendly. So I look forward to seeing them when I visit family for Christmas

Great hotel staff! Happy and welcoming. Loved the warm cookies on arrival. Great coffee in common area and a fantastic well attended breakfast. Room was good as well as tv, internet and shower. But one of my favorite things to do in a hotel is treadmill walking. ALL 3 WERE DOWN. at once? I was told they needed a part and the repair guy needed a special tool. Really bummed. Then we wanted to watch Thursday’s football game and the hotel does not allow the Amazon firestick on the tv. NOT HAPPY! Too bad as these 2 things really ruined our stay.

Outstanding hotel !!!!!
It was the most delightful and absolutely the best motel I have ever stayed at, including much more expensive. I am 68 and have traveled the country extensively! This was the cleanest inside and out, the beds and bedding were comfy. We stayed 4 days and every single staff I encountered was cheery and helpful and taking pride in doing their job. The breakfasts were varied each day and was being attended to non stop to make sure everything was fresh and hot. The pet fee was reasonable and room to walk the dog. It is easy to catch the Metro into downtown DC. One stop is right at the Pentagon. They really pay attention to detail. Absolutely PERFECTION! WELL DONE!
