The one gal was really nice, but pool is down for the winter but wouldn’t know it until you get there. The breakfast was awful. Cereal was stale. Eggs were cold. Sausage was look warm. And that was about the extent of the breakfast

In the room itself, 2 of the 3 lamps had broken bulbs. In the bathroom 2 of 3 lights had a broken bulb or no bulb, the garbage can was broken, the toilet paper holder was missing, the Kleenex was empty. The tv is blurry and the remote barely worked. The hotel staff was talking about customers at the front desk. For a place to lay down, it was okay. For customer service, you need to work on training your staff. For someone who has worked customer service their whole life, this was poor.

From minutes after I checked in, I realized the bathtub was dirty so I ran the water to try to clean it and the paint began coming off in chunks. The water didn’t drain properly. I was unable to take an actual shower my entire stay. I tried repeatedly to contact the staff in person and by phone and no one ever answered. The bathroom was disgusting. Contacted Expedia to help and no one was answering their communication requests either. The pool was out of service. Workout equipment broken. Breakfast cereal was stale.

Started with the parking lot. Big HUGE potholes and weeds growing everywhere. Glass and cigarette buts on the sidewalks. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Floors were dirty. Light shining in window and couldn't close the shade all the way. Just all around a very dirty and noisy hotel...will never stay there again.

Just okay
Needed a last minute place to stay and this was a solid okay option. The walls are thin & the room doors are loud, so I was woken up frequently during the night by slamming doors. Old food was left in our fridge and the cabinet doors were falling apart. The night staff person was very friendly. But I couldn’t find a desk person in the morning to check out with, so I ended up just leaving my room keys on the desk. They have a breakfast and normally my expectations are low. All I really need is hot coffee. Somehow, the coffee tasted like bacon? If you just need a place to sleep and can find a good deal, this place works.

The desk lady was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the facility needs a lot of work. The bed skirts were dirty and the bathroom needed repairs. We had to be moved rooms because the toilet was plugged upon checking in. When they were plunging it overflowed. This facility needs work! I would not stay here again and even woke up early to get out of there.

Property is in need of repairs. Window Screen laying on yard out front, smoking allowed right by entrance, move it out to grass area in parking lot, pool tables chair rusty and broken, vent in pool area damaged, hot tub jets not working and water was not even warm, 2 towels in rm where 4 could sleep, bedding dated. Breakfast was good. Late night staff at front was very nice, however staff when we checked in was short and made us assume hottub worked.

The parking lot was very full of pot holes. The weeds were over taking the landscaping The room was clean and it was nixe to be able to take our dog. The breakfast ran out before the 9 time so another guest went and asked for more food at 825. Did not have any gluten free options for the family member with celiac. We did try the cherrios had to be dumbed they were so very stale
