Had a pleasant over night stay room clean and comfortable bed ok if a little tired staff were excellent and Becca at breakfast was amazing nothing to much trouble and friendly without being pushy would stay again

Location was excellent, close to the ScotRail station and walkable to both the Birds of Prey centre and Loch Lomond cruises. Staff were a little slow to provide help for check in and breakfast was missing a few items (the yogurt and fruits) but the room was good.

Good location near Loch Lomond
Clean and quiet spot near the south end of Loch Lomond. The room was spacious. The only thing it was really missing for me was a luggage rack for my suitcase. Bathroom was nice and clean. The tub is great great water pressure great hot water in the shower. No hot water in the sink and I do prefer to wash my face with at least warm water. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t have any food at the restaurant. I did try to go to the restaurant but after about 10 minutes of waiting, no one came to take my order so I went to find other food in the area.

Good value room and pub across the courtyard - Pub can get a bit busy - but friendly staff, a good breakfast that opens at 7am which is great if you want an early start - hard to fins any faults.

Great overall but bad for breakfast
Great value and location. Our only minor quibble was on the Saturday morning they had no bacon or brown sauce as their suppliers had not delivered. There is a Coop within 1.5 miles of the hotel. We almost went over to the MacDonalds next door.

Room was fine and restaurant was good. I didn’t expect it to be on a busy street…the reviews made it seem like it was on the loch, so that was disappointing. It was very basic, but clean. It just lacked the charm that I was hoping for in Scotland…very much a chain hotel.
