This small B&B was wonderful. A colorful building nicely integrated in the coastal landscape, in contrast to the massive san Alfonso de Mar near by. Our room and the rest 4 rooms have balconies overlooking the ocean and the bed mattress was as good as in the Ritz-Carlton in Santiago where we stayed before we went to Isra Negra. Yolanda and Yugo, the owners were very friendly, helpful and fluent in English, something rare in small hotels we stayed while in Chile. I highly recommend walking in the beach to the right side (away of san Alfonso de Mar); you would see beautiful rocks and houses on the clift. Unfortunately the sea was rough for swimming although the water was clean; we were told that a beach in Marisol was both clean and calm enough but we didn't have the time to go there. In any case, if you think that Chile in the summer will be great for swimming as the Caribean or the Mediterrenean, you would be disappointed. The sea in the Santiago area is only to look at, not to swim rocky in most places, dirty in the few access points and the water was cold. However, these comments apply to central Chile as a whole; the Cinque Colori is a great romantic and beautiful place for couples.
