While the hotel suited our needs for that evening, next morning breakfast was hindered by an untrained staff member. The young man informed us breakfast personnel had just not shown up. He was also running the front desk, as no one was there either. I placed our cards as far back on the desk as I could -- no one was there.

There was NO HOT WATER all weekend! We asked them to service our room when we left Sunday morning. To replenish paper supplies that ran out almost immediately after checking in, but despite being assured the room would be taken care of, we came back to a disaster of a hotel! Garbage bags were lining the walls outside the rooms that housekeeping never attended to, and everything just as it was in the morning in our room. There was a note under the door stating that the hotel had given housekeeping Labor Day off, but that did not explain the lack of attention of the rooms on Sunday. When *I* had to go down to the front desk to *retrieve my own supplies* I found that there was only one person working the desk with no other staff in sight. Needless to say, the room for two nights was NOT WORTH the $240. that I paid for it!

When I arrived not only did both my rooms I booked had bugs but when asked to change rooms the second room was in way worse condition than the first changing the room did not accommodate me

Our Go To Hotel
We stay at APH each time we stay in the Lehigh Valley. Some things have changed, especially since Covid, like the breakfast offered and the housekeeping. Overall, we are happy with our 3-4 day stays. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. AC worked great. Housekeeping was accommodating when we requested more towels, ect. I suggest you bring your own soap as the bar provided was very small. Breakfast contains hot food and they kept refilling.
