The property is fine overall. The check-in and check-out process leaves a lot to be desired. Also, when I called the day after leaving to ask another question, I waited on hold for 26 minutes!!

We were there for an event at the Wind Creek venue, which is next door. This hotel was a fraction of the cost of staying at Wind Creek. Great location with a Sheetz just across the street. The front desk employee was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay
I absolutely loved my stay here. It’s the first hotel I’ve ever seen with a full fridge, dishwasher, cupboards and drawers full of dishes to use, and a mini stove. I was so impressed by everything and the great price of the room too. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

Stayed 1 night. Room was beautiful and very clean. Front desk was friendly and gave us coupons for dinner. Only issue was our refrigerator was very loud. We mentioned it at checkout and she was sending someone up to check it. Definitely would stay here again.

The front desk staff oils not use the credit card that I used when booking the room. They said that I had to use a different card because that one did not have a Chip! I gave them another card which they use, but then noticed a paper on the counter regarding a $50 deposit charge so I asked about it. I was told the $50 deposit was charged when I first booked the room online. Then I was told the charge was made to the credit card they would NOT use for the room. I was also told that they didn’t know how I would be able to get the $50 deposit back because they usually apply it to the balance on the bill for the stay but since it was not charged to the card used for the room, she had no idea what to do. I asked for the manager and was told there was no manager on duty! I am appalled by this mismanagement of my funds How will Expedia help me get my $50 back? Price of room was $129 (including tax) Now with the deposit fiasco it will be $179! Unacceptable Helen (Sandy) Richardson

Very close to casino. Free and easy parking. Every room has full kitchen and full sized refrigerator. The desk workspace was huge! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And I got late check out for being an IHG member. Definitely would stay again.

There’s isn’t much parking in the front. Guests have to park in the back. A walkway from the back to the front would help, instead of walking through the grass & mulch

BEST HOTEL STAY
It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a Hotel, the pillows at Hotel's are usually awful but this Candlewood Suites bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was clean and everything was as it should be. Highly recommend this Hotel, I give them ***** Stars!
