Place was clean. Simple. Bathtub is very slippery. Fortunately it had ample grab rails. Both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty, which of course I did not discover until I was already in the shower.

We had no hot water for three nights and four days! No offer to change rooms! No compensation for the inconvenience! We wanted to shower after traveling 10 hours and could not for three days! Not acceptable!

The front desk staff was very nice and the room was nice and clean. We had no issues with any noise on our floor. We were on the 4th. Water pressure was great. The breakfast in the morning was really good. Eggs, hash browns, bacon, waffle station, toast, pastries, along with a lm assortment of juices and coffee. The breakfast staff kept the food coming. It was great. We would stay again!

Great for an overnight
It was perfect for an overnight stay which is what we needed. The only things that were cons were: the hotel has a weird smell and only 2 bath towels in the room otherwise a nice stay

I liked that they had all the things it should have like a coffee maker in the room, enough towels, etc. - no surprises. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

All was great except the hot breakfast was on the cheap. Eggs tasted like fake box eggs, omelets tasted like rubber, ham did not look appetizing so i took none. However, the sausage links were delicious although they seemed to be warmed up leftovers.

Best staff ever! They work with you to make any corrections that will make your stay better. Hotel breakfast is very good and rooms are lean with comfortable beds and great pillows. Dog walk area is excellent and is well stocked

Two weekends first time same issue no hot water we decided to try again checking in clearly asked is there hot water nice lady just smiles called down luke warm water at best i said i asked is there hot water her reply how do i no if we have hot water and its the weekend we cant get anyone out hear to fix it so we couldn't get a room anywhere else already paid so we wher stuck wasn't offered any discounts and down stairs there where complaints about the water just let it run it will warm up well that did nothing uggg thank you for the cold showers and washing or hands with cold water

Room was musty smelling, carpet was stained and somewhat dirty. Toilet seat was broken. A couple damaged wall areas in the bathroom. No working fan in bathroom. Limited number of electrical outlets. Typical free breakfast.

Considering the low price, better than average free breakfast which included scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, muffins, bagels, and more. Rooms were clean and quiet. Only issue was room doors slam shut which is a bit noisy when neighboring guest leave or enter their room when you're trying to sleep. Will definitely look to book this hotel next time we're visiting Allentown.
