Wonderful property and the staff especially Angie. The problem was the cleanliness of the hallway and especially the shower in our room. It was pretty nasty. The glass doors were filthy and the chrome all spotted. Not impressed with the lack of housekeeping

Highway noise and watch your room charges!
This facility is located just off the interstate with tremendous noise throughout the night. Check-out is at 10 am but vacuuming the hallway began at 8 am just outside my door. I tried to purchase a snack from the onsite store, but the credit card machine was not working. I wanted to pay for it at the counter not by my room. To my surprise the next morning my $6.36 candy showed up in my email receipt. HOWEVER, my credit card was charged $6.36, $64.63 AND $50.00 for incidentals! When I called (four times), I was informed that the charges would fall off in several days. Be patient. When I tried to return the call about the $50.00 hold, on top of a random $64.37, it was explained it was also an initial deposit for restaurant incidentals, and the only thing I was to pay for was $6.36. Now it is a wait and see if charges are amended or another call-wait-see situation. I was going to stay at this location on Friday with a reservation but after this, I changed my mind. The hotel has gone through good renovations however the trim around the Heat/AC for the room is all on the floor in pieces.

Very clean and new.. located near highway so very convenient. Very nice hotel it was very clean. But...... Very loud.. Not from the outside but inside. When your neighbor lets the door slam its loud and the building shakes. Could hear neighbors through the walls. Cleaning staff knocked on door at 10am when checkout is noon. Felt rushed to leave.

We go to the room for our son and daughter-in-law for a family wedding. It was a large room and they absolutely loved it. There was enough room to go up and sit down and have a glass of wine and before going to the wedding. The hotel even allowed them to check in early Friday so they could get ready and not be late to the rehearsal dinner. Was an amazing weekend.

A lovely hotel with very caring, hard working staff. The bed was lovely and the room clean. The only downside is that you only get paper cups in the room and if you want tea you have to use a coffee machine for the water.
