Cozy Cabin!

Meticulous attention to detail
The description of the cabin was exactly as we found it on check in. It was spotlessly clean, and meticulous attention paid to decor, nice mix of antiques and other pieces. We needed nothing as far as kitchen utensils, glassware etc. Beds are comfortable kitchen and dining room spacious enough for eating, socializing and just hanging out with friends and family. The great room was just that, lots of room, comfortable couches, and the bar is a great touch. We got rained out so we couldn’t enjoy the outside fireplace, but would have certainly used it. Overall the cabin was warm, cozy, clean, well stocked. We would certainly go back!! A great time had by all in our party!

Spacious, Well Apportioned Cabin
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin in the outskirts of Macungie PA. We found everything clean, check in/out was super easy, and the kitchen is well-supplied with everything we needed. There is a nice sound system (you will need to change some settings on the the TV to select "External Speaker") if you want to watch a movie. It is very quiet, and there is interesting wildlife that peeks out periodically, like an owl, a groundhog, and various jays and woodpeckers. Our only small complaint is that the smallest room (with the pullout bed) tended to get much colder than the others even when the AC was only running intermittently. Interactions with the property are managed by a company and the service fees associated with booking it reflect that.

This place is very clean and user friendly! It has a good floor plan for a family to be able to have their own space when needed.

Very disappointed
When we arrived the heat was broken. We texted the property owner with no response. They finally got the heat working on day two in the afternoon. In addition there were a lot of little things wrong with the property. Coffee maker doesn't work, toaster was broken, recliner chairs were extremely uncomfortable (springs sticking you in the bottom) shower head in the bathroom was ancient. The owner offered us a late checkout for our inconvince but when we asked for a partial refund for the heat she gave us some bs that she couldn't do anything because blah blah blah. Now I need to dispute the charge through the credit card company. This place is not worth the hassle, pick one of the other beautiful properties in the area.

The pictures of this cabin do not do it justice. A very spacious and comfortable cabin with all amenities needed for an excellent getaway. Perfect if you are skiing Bear Creek. The property management team was always in contact to ensure that we were taken care of and had everything we needed for our stay.

A pleasant cabin
The outside of the cabin is a lot cuter than the pictures demonstrate. It's also BIG. They had plenty of dishes/supplies and it was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for a two day weekend wedding. The house was super clean. It’s right near beer creek mountain resort. You can see the mountain from the window in the house. It’s very spacious and rooms are spread out so there’s privacy. The house came with everything. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. We loved it here.

The cabin was very nice and cozy with plenty of space. We would definitely like to stay there again. The bonus to it is that it is extremely close to Bear Creek ski resort which is beautiful. The only negative things I can say it that it could have been a little cleaner. The chair in the master bedroom was covered with pet hair and there was pet hair on the kitchen floor, and in one of the bedrooms, a couple of acorns were in the bed which meant it wasn't changed. Also, the host needed to be more familiar with the property and location. We were in search for firewood and she didn't know it was right out back and she didn't know of alternate transportation when Uber was not responding.

Perfect Family Getaway!
This cabin was absolutely fabulous... Four generations staying together... we all had our own privacy even the bathrooms worked out fine. Throughout the house we were all very comfortable it was open with plenty of room for seven of us. Across the valley on the Mt. we had a spectacular view of the ski resort it was lit up every night. This place was just perfect for us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'm fortunate to have found this cabin. I must thank Debbie for her quick response to our request to stay an extra night. This experience brought our family nothing but great memories! Thank you again....Letha & Charlie
