As soon as we walked in there was a potent smell to the room. We walked in and checked the bed sheets and to our suprise found blood stains on the sheets. The comforter and rest of the sheets were stained with something misc. The jaccuzzi was a great addition to the room. However, we had to do a lot of our own cleaning. We wiped down a lot of surfaces and found dirt. In the end, the manager provided new and cleaned sheets that were stain free. The jaccuzzi was indeed a great experience to the room. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was poor.

The room was dirty. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled horribly of smoke. The staff refused to give clean towels after 11am. Will not stay there again.

This was by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at in my life and it’s listed as 4 stars, clearly no one understands the true nature of a 4 star rating, the room was dirty, the bathroom and tile floor disgusting, when was the last time they ACTUALLY cleaned and/or remodeled that place. The room smelt, the furniture had stains every where, on the comforters, the couch, the office chair was filled with disgusting stains, I wouldn’t even let my dog walk on that floor. The locks on the door were barely sturdy and truly felt unsafe, I had to put the gross office chair against the door so that I can hear someone coming in god forbid. The lock on the iron to the ironing board was more sturdy, who locks an iron to an ironing board!!! The ACs barely worked on a 95 degree day, I had them both down to 60 and ended up with a stuffy nose between the humidity and the smell of the room. Thankfully I had to only stay there a few hours before heading home, the bathroom was so gross I left without even being able to shower. I skipped staying at a Marriott because this was “closer” to where I had to be and “mislabeled 4 stars” more like half star motel dump. I will definitely think twice before ever booking a room on Expedia again!

This was a quick one night stay for our granddaughter's softball tournament. The room was comfortable and sufficient for our needs. The only complaint I had was the floors felt sticky and dirty on bare feet.

The toilet sounds like vibrator every time you flush and flushes 2 times but that ok because it double washes. Tv volume is so low on high we had to put close caption on. Besides that everything is fine.

The room was outdated by many years. Damaged tub with poor attempt to fix it. Had to wear shoes all the time, scared to touch the floor...... Refrigerator was not working. Complained to staff but they couldn't help us, had to get bags of ice to keep our food from spoiling. Will never stay there again. Should have slept in the car.

Clearly, they don't clean the rooms. * My wife took off her shoes, walked across the room once, and the bottom of her brand new socks got disgustingly soiled. * Slid the chair to the side by two inches and discovered a bunch of dead bugs. * At least three major appliances were plugged into one outlet (television, microwave, refrigerator).

Get a room somewhere else
The room was terrible. No where on your site was a handicap room offered. Couldn’t get the TV to work. The tub was like a slip and slide. The toilet rocked. There were no handles for my handicapped mom to use to help her after using the toilet. The frig made a terrible noise every time the compressor kicked on. There was an extra lock put on the inside of the door for some reason. The air conditioner was not cold and made way too much noise.

Well when I first went in it looked really nice until we went to lay down and on one of the beds it had come stains on there where my husband went to wash his hands the sink had to ring around dirt then when we he would just say we'll get in the tub the tub was was black of dirt so we called management and the guy came upstairs and he couldn't believe it himself how dirty he said but I'm sorry we have no more rooms for you

The floors were filthy. I had to wear shoes the entire time or my feet were black. Also saw a huge yellow round stain on the underside of the comforter. Did not realize it until the next morning. Absolutely disgusting. Quite disappointed, and will never stay at a Quality Inn and Suites again.
