I booked through Expedia and paid in advance the hotel went ahead and charged me $100 “deposit” for incidentals, they went ahead and charged the amount when I called to make a complaint they said I never stayed with them and they don’t have my details. Pure daylight robbery

It's the little things.
Cleaning rag left on top of dresser one morning after housekeeping service. Shower curtain not wide enough, and shower leaked. Floor felt a bit slimy with my wet feet. Carpeting in room would have been more comfortable. Room felt a little humid, even with strong A/C. Bed was very comfortable, and room was well appointed.
