I would not recommend this hotel at all. Pictures looked ok. But so many things were broken that we left after 1 short night. If it were only a couple of things, we wouldn't have even worried about them. We had to pay UP Front. THEN they said "It is not our policy" to give refunds for unused nights. Here is a summary: 1. The door was falling off its hinges. 2. The shower barely functioned (the switch mechanism). 3. The Heat didn't work - That was critical. We could change rooms to solve this but with all the other issues, we gave up. 4. The bed was very hard. 5. The walls were thin. We could hear normal conversations. 6. Floors had zero carpeting which increases noise. 7. Lacked several basic amenities that you find in any hotel/motel. On the positive side: The Overnight Clerk (he) was Very Nice. After a discussion in the morning the manager finally agreed to refund unused nights. (against policy) We went to the Ramada nearby and had a very nice, inexpensive stay.

The hotel was awful! Someone was smoking marijuana in the facility. The room was small, it had no extras, and it was not comfortable or homey. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel for the night. I called to let them know my concerns and the manager never returned my call. Never again! Don't spend your time or money.

Room is set up like an extended stay suite (cooktop and cabinets), but they were empty. No silverware, glasses, dishes, etc. Also no breakfast. Worst was that there was no coffee in ghe.room. Staff was pleasant and area okay, but be a hotel or an extended stay suite. This was neither.

1 of the rudest and non-service hotel staff I have ever seen Place in general is pretty clean, though a little outdated, but well within expectations. Price are excellent, for a kitchen hotel room. However, front desk are never present for your needs, and the cleaning staff are very rude and have an attitude of someone that had a horrible day and want to show their frustrations to the customers. Terrible!!!!

Very nice for family vacation in Pennsylvania. The room has a full refrigerator, sink and stove. Bring your kitchenware and you are all set.

I was up all night. Banging pipes in the bathroom screaming in the halls. Music thru the roof in the parking lot. No one at desk when I went down at night to complain. NO ICE IN A HUGE HOTEL. The lobby looks like a police desk

You guys do nothing
I have told you people and called you people multiple times because I have stayed here because it's the only long-term stay hotel that is cheap and doesn't have a incidental fee. They're supposed to clean your room every 14 days I was here for over a month and never got room service once they even won't even change your bed sheet you have to pay them to get sheets for a clean bed now for somebody that has cancer as myself I cannot have that but I have no choice but to stay here

True Disappointment
The A/C contained mold that was apparent when it was on, so we had to leave it off and suffer the summer heat. The sheets were stained - there was a blue stain the size of my palm on the pillowcase. Left after the first night, uploaded pictures, and asked for a refund for the remaining nights; no refund or accommodation was afforded. Truly disgusting to put people into a room like that, then charge them for it after they leave. Don't stay here, they deserve to take a hit if not close for this sort of service.

I liked the price but there was not an EV charger and the family above my room had a child that was up all night making loud noise preventing me from sleeping. And the need to sleep was the only reason I booked a hotel room. I hate hotels that are not soundproofed. So if you need a good night sleep, don't book this hotel.

I traveled alone so it was fine. Comfortable clean room supportive mattress nice and quiet. Just very bare bones which was fine because I used my key cash so room was very cheap, however if I paid full fare I would not feel it was a good value at the price.
