Not accurate specifications on VRBO listing
VRBO listed this as a 3bd 2 bath. This is a 1 bed 1 bath. As you would expect this did not work for use and we had to scramble to find other accomodations on a Holliday weekend which was quite difficult. I will be expecting a refund for the nights not used.

Comfortable Allyn apartment
Cute and spacious 1 bd apartment in the heart of Allyn. The view to the water was amazing with an easy walk to the waters edge. King sz bed was comfy w/ nice sheets and pillows. We did have a challenge with the tv both nights. If you’re good w/ streaming challenges then it won’t be an issue for you.

Not enough bedding materials. Kitchen microwave very filthy.dish washer broke,not working at all.
Not enough accommodations for a family of 4 Kitchen is only half usable. Very dark. Under cabinet lights not working. Broken dish washer. Very noisy toad. Bed is squeaky.

Nice modern apartment but...
We stayed at the Allyn house for one night and it was alright. The reason I'm leaving a somewhat critical review is that the description could use some revision. We stayed on a Saturday evening when the weather was nice, and we found that the property and waterfront is far from private. There is a steady stream of vehicle and pedestrian traffic on the lot from the business below the apartment and around it. The listing also stated there was a washer/dryer, smoke detectors, and wifi. There was no washer/dryer, the smoke detectors had been removed, and the wifi did work but not enough to stream or use the smart TV. I reached out the host and mentioned these things, and her response was the smoke detectors were removed for painting. I asked for a partial refund but she said she had never done that before and that I would have to contact VRBO. I contacted VRBO and they said I had to contact the host, I reached back out to the host and then I never heard back from her. This is a nice place, the host just needs to revise the listing and communicate a little better.
