Wonderful Host
Helena was a wonderful host! Caring, available and accommodating to our needs travelling with a toddler. Apartment was great proximity to the beach, restaurants and markets all within walking distance.

Portugal Experience
We stayed in Helena's lovely apartment for eleven days and it was very nice. It was centrally located for all of the exploring we planned to do. Helena was gone for a few days in the beginning, but once she returned she checked in with us several times to make sure we had no questions or issues. We loved our time in beautiful Portugal and would recommend Helena's aoartment as a good base.

Helena was a great host
Awesome stay. Super secure and the gardens are a delight. A few changes have been made in the apartment which are not reflected in the pictures. The best being the shower is now enclosed with glass walls and door. Pictures show a toaster but there was none. If we would have asked I am sure Helena would have supplied one. Description is a little off on distance to beach. More like 500 meters but it certainly beats the 1000+ kilometers to get to the nearest ocean from home. Great location to buses. Most bus drivers speak English so easy to communicate needs. Helena was very helpful in ordering a taxi for us for our return to the airport. We have already passed VRBO ID to friends if they should happen to visit that area. Thanks again for everything.

Great family holiday
This is our second time in Costa de Caparica, and first time using HomeAway. Was an excellent choice for our family. The place is very close to the bus stop in case you want to visit the city. Also a 5 min walk to the Auchan and a nice walking distance to the beach. My 5 yo was delighted to have a TV with all his favourite shows. :) For the baby, we had all that was needed (cot, the high chair ) . Helena, has been a great host. Very responsive to all our questions, and also very helpful.

Great location
Over we had a fabulous stay, walking distance to restaurants, markets and never ending beaches. Easy to get to Lisbon by a 22 minute ferry ride. Fabulous host, if they ever decide to travel to Victoria BC Canada we would love to see them again.

Friendly owners, good location but improvements needed.
Apartment has potential to be very nice and the owner Helena was very friendly however I felt the apartment could have been cleaner, utensils in the kitchen were dirty and thick with grease, I basically had to clean the whole kitchen before using it and the beds in the twin room are horrible, rock hard, like sleeping on a rock hard floor. Location of the apartment is good, everything with walking distance. Like I said owners great and apartment has great potential but unfortunately the standard of cleaning was poor and the beds were the worse beds I have ever experience and after a long day exploring the city you need a good nights sleep which was impossible in their beds.

Como a casa de minha avó
Imagine-se voltando para visitar sua avó após anos longe de casa. Pois foi assim minha experiência nessa apraziíel e aconchegante casa de veraneio. Limpeza impecável, todos os utensílios necessários para um estadia confortavel sempre a mão. No quintal, ervas armáticas plantadas com todo o carinho que sá uma avó sabe fazer com primasia!. A comunicacao sempre fluida e nossa host sempre disponivel para nos suportar.Nas redondezas grande variedade de mini mercados, restaurantes e sorveterias. Tudo muito acessível, além das prais nos arredores belíssimas contando com escolas de surf para quem gosta.Simplemente amei!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Team haben sich prima um uns gekümmert. Wir durften sogar den Pool nutzen, obwohl er eigentlich zu der unteren Wohnung gehört. Die gut ausgestattetete Küche hat eine Spülmaschine. Einzig die laute Straße war störend beim draußen sitzen. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

In Freiwohnung befindet man kein einzelne sauber Glass oder Geschirr, wir haben Spülmittel gekauft und müssten selber vor benutz spülen. beim warmes Wasser erst tag kein warmes Wasser bis repariert wird(Nicht vorbereitet) das Haus richt wie man in eine Hütte ist. und Kalt. ich wurde auf keinem fall vor Mail einbuchen. im Wohnung habe ich einem Tag vor abreise zwei Kamera gefunden die eine in Wohnzimmer und andere in Flur wo die beide Schlafzimmer statt findet, keine jetzt ist verantwortlich ich habe jetzt mein Rechtsanwalt startet

Localização excelente
Tivemos momentos muito bons ao se hospedar nesta vivenda. As fotos do anúncio são fiéis ao que encontramos quando chegamos e a nossa anfitriã foi muito atenciosa. A localização na costa da caparica é excelente, perto da praia, de todo tipo de comércio, de ponto de ônibus caso precise se deslocar para outros locais e a apenas 30 minutos do centro de lisboa. Recomendo com certeza!

Bon endroit mais manque d'authenticité
Endroit bien placé car sur la côte portugaise à 2 pas de Lisbonne. Cependant, beaucoup d'immeubles et de rues sales a proximité, ce qui ne reflète pas vraiment la mentalité portugaise. Population trop cosmopolite a mon goût. Le logement est propre et parfait, dommage qu'il soit situé sur un grand boulevard où la circulation est tres bruyante.

El apartamento es muy confortable, cocina bien equipada, salón amplio y habitaciones cómodas. El apartamento respira a vacaciones, decoración entrañable. La propietaria, Dona Helena, estuvo atenta en todo momento a nuestra estancia. La Caparica, aunque un poco descuidada por parte del ayuntamiento, tiene muchos restaurantes muy buenos para comer pescado y unas playas interminables de arena fina aunque muy peligrosas para el baño. El único inconveniente es cruzar el puente 25 de Abril. Con todo lo hemos pasado estupendo

Fijn verblijf gehad. Wij zouden graag in de zomermaanden terug komen.
Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad met onze drie kinderen van 6, 3 en 1. Het appartement ziet er knus en gezellig uit. Deze tijd van het jaar was het niet heel warm dus we hebben niet veel gebruik gemaakt van de buitenruimtes i.v.m. het weer, maar het waren fijne ruimtes. Er was een campingbedje aanwezig voor de jongste. Voldoende schone lakens, handdoeken, strandlakens etc en opbergruimte voor onze kleding. I.v.m. onze kleine kinderen stofzuig ik graag regelmatig. De stofzuiger in het appartement was oud en zoog niet goed, maar de gastvrouw zorgde heel gauw voor een nieuwe. Heel fijn. Verder was alles aanwezig in het appartement voor een goed verblijf. Mochten wij terugkeren in de zomer, maken we graag gebruik van het zwembad. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg, maar het was niet storend voor ons. Supermarkt, apotheek, winkels en het belangrijkste....het strand zijn op loopafstand. Veel restaurants in de omgeving.

Apartamento muito agradável
O apartamento é muito agradável e está equipado com todos os equipamentos como descrito. A anfitriã (D. Helena) é muito disponível e simpática. A localização é bastante boa, próxima das praias e de comércio, porém estando localizada numa rua principal torna-se um pouco barulhenta logo pela manhã. No entanto, aconselho vivamente esta propriedade para passar uns bons dias de descanso perto da praia e com acesso fácil a Almada e a Lisboa.
