In the living room, you'll find a unique split-level layout. A few steps up, there's a dining table for five, ideally situated by the open space that connects to the kitchen via a balcony with two additional chairs. Descend a few steps to the lower level, and you'll discover a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a desk, providing a dedicated workspace for those who need it and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a balcony with two chairs. The property also has a dishwasher, making it convenient to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, and a washer for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bedrooms provide a wardrobe with hangers for all your storage needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, the property offers the convenience of free parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas.

Almada is a charming city on the sunny southern bank of the Tagus River, just across from Lisbon, Portugal's capital. From here, you can enjoy fantastic views of Lisbon, including famous sights like the Belém Tower and the Christ the King statue.

Almada is known for its lovely riverfront and beaches, making it a favourite spot for locals and tourists. The city also has a lively arts and entertainment scene, with theatres like Teatro Municipal Joaquim Benite.

Food lovers will be delighted with the Portuguese cuisine in Almada, especially fresh seafood. You can also savour traditional pastries and local wines.

If you're a nature enthusiast, explore the beautiful Arrábida Natural Park for breathtaking landscapes and outdoor activities like hiking.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
