I booked this hotel by accident and it was the best mistake. The resort is beautiful and serene! I highly recommend going for a short vacation to relax.

The location was peaceful, the pools were nice and the breakfast was good. The main issue was the customer service and attitude of the staff. The staff were not friendly apart from one. One member of staff was rude at breakfast and check out, which did not create a relaxing atmosphere. The suite was spacious and bed comfy but poor cleanliness. The place would be much improved with better staff hospitiality.

Abaixo do esperado e overpriced
Acessos pessimos, deveriam avisar quem tem cerca de 2km em terra nao cuidada. O local para alem dos acessos nao dispoe de qualquer servico a menoa de 20 min. Quando as instalacoes, giro e cuidado mas pequeno. Tambem podia ter mais qualidade nas camas, piscinas ou “spa”. O restaurante ou servico de bar é pouco eficiente e ate o cafe expresso durante o pequeno almoco é pago (nao faz parte ro menu). Pedi fatura dos servicos que consumi e passos 2 ou 3 meses ainda nao recebi nada. Honestamente parece um otino local para a familia e amigos dos proprietarios, nada mais.
