Great hotel, great staff
We really enjoyed our stay, we chose the hotel as it is close to El Rocio and we wanted to go to the Pilgrimage. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and efficient and it is situated on the edge of town making it easy to access from the main road in. We would have liked to have had coffee in the restaurant after our evening meal rather than having to go to the bar. Would recommend to anyone

Got a good deal. Rooms not really 4* standard. Customer service was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Best thing was that it had rooms big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids (without them having to sleep on the same bed). Upgraded to half board as the supplement was very reasonably priced.

Hotel está en muy malas condiciones necesita una gran reforma, el servicio de comidas con muy poca variedad, aún que teniendo en cuenta calidad-precio. La foto es de la puerta de entrada a la habitación, este era uno de los tantos desperfectos, bañera descascarillada, accesorios del baño en el aire.. la habitación con algunas luces que no funcionaban, en general creo que está bastante abandonado.

Deteriorado, limpieza deficiente.
Para ser un 4 estrellas el hotel está descuidado. Paredes picadas, alfombras rotas, pero lo peor la limpieza de la habitación, las ventanas llevaban años sin linpiarlas, cortinas amarillentas y olor a polvo cerrado. Lo cogí por ser una alternativa más asequible, pero bueno. Desayuno normal. No creo que repita.
