The lovingly designed, bright studio apartment is located in a beautiful, well-kept garden with tropical plants and with a fantastic view of the bay of La Herradura.

The studio (40 sqm) offers full living comfort with privacy (separate entrance) for two people.

The apartment guarantees a relaxing vacation in an absolutely quiet location.

The large terrace (22 sqm) is equipped for beautiful moments outdoors. In addition, a romantic pavilion in the shady garden can be used.

The apartment is part of an Andalusian-style villa with a private pool that can be used by house guests.

The house is inhabited by the owner, who will be happy to provide guests with helpful information and tips for sightseeing excursions and typical events.

The beach and the idyllic village of La Herradura can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. There are numerous shops, restaurants, tapas bars as well as leisure facilities and various water sports activities.

The place has remained largely untouched by mass tourism.

La Herradura is the ideal starting point for day trips to Granada, Malaga, Nerja, Frigiliana, Marbella, Antequera or to the mountains with white villages of the Sierra Nevada or the Axarquia.

The Costa Tropical is particularly characterized by the subtropical microclimate - with moderate winter and pleasant summer temperatures. The pure sea air is also appreciated by allergy sufferers.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage
Wir haben Ende August/Anfang September 2024 zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage etwas abseits vom Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen, trotzdem sind der Strand und der Ort mit Restaurants zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der gemeinsam mit dem Ehepaar Gall zu nutzende Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt, zur Wohnung gehören eine schöne Sonnenterrrasse und auch ein schattiger Platz im grünen Garten. Die sympathischen Gastgeber haben viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Little paradise
Die Besitzer Renate und Hartmutt sind zwei reizende Menschen. Das Haus ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und Restaurants (20 Minuten) Es ist herrlich ruhig und der Pool ist erstklassig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ich habe kann mich all den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen, es ist ein kleines Paradies. Man kann auch wunderbar von dort aus online arbeiten, das Internet ist schnell und stabil. Und obwohl es teilweise nachts sehr kalt war (< 6 Grad), habe ich dank der Nachtspeicherheizung nicht gefroren. Und wenn dann morgens die Sonne um die Ecke kommt und die Terrasse erwärmt, kann man dort wunderbar seinen Morgenkaffee genießen. Herrlich!

Wunderschön!
Eine schöne Unterkunft in einem botanischem Garten in absolut ruhiger Lage-mit Blick aufs Meer von Terrasse und Pool. Sie liegt ein wenig den Berg hoch und die Bebauung ist locker mit viel Platz für die Natur z.B. Wildziegen und Wildschweinen. Die Gastgeber sind sympathisch und hilfsbereit, kennen alle guten Tips in der nahen und weiteren Umgebung und geben wichtige Hinweise bei Ausflügen und Touren. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das schönste für uns war, dass wir wie persönliche Gäste behandelt wurden! Wir möchten wiederkommen, Sachlich angemerkt entspricht die Wohnung exakt der Beschreibung. Wir fanden sie noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es gibt wirklich NICHTS auszusetzen. Wer auf Party, Tanzen und Trinken in großer Gesellschaft steht, sollte woanders glücklich werden.

Et super godt ophold, vort værtspar Renate og Hartmut er meget venlige mennesker. Selve ferieboligen lever op til beskrivelsen, området er stille og roligt, med gå afstand til strand og restauranter. Fra terrassen kan også se bjerggeder. Vi kan kun anbefale denne bolig. Jette og Kim

Pire expérience de notre vie. 24 marches pour arriver jusqu'à notre location, non mentionné dans leur annonce en ligne. Appartement non ventilé, chaleur étouffante, pas de hotte pour cuisiner. Mise en route de la climatisation, que le propriétaire déconnecte à distance!!!! Comble du séjour, la clim située juste au dessus du lit, fuit constamment, nous obligeant à déplacer le lit. Les propriétaires devaient intervenir mais rien....Nous sommes partis avant la fin, soit 3 jours avant !!! une honte, je n'y mettrai plus les pieds!!!A fuir absolument!!Publicité mensongère et photos prises ne correspondent pas à notre emplacement!!

Location la herradura
Le problème c'est plus les conditions météo, la température de l'air au niveau du littoral est vite fraîche et l'eau de la mer est glaciale 16 degrés début juillet. Concernant la location c'est plutôt très bien mise à part des propriétaires un peu rigides sur certaines règles de sécurité intrusions.

Nous avons passé une semaine au calme dans un studio bien équipé avec un jardin fleuri et une terrasse exposée au soleil . Le studio est accolé à la maison des propriétaires, personnes accueillantes et discrètes . Le stationnement proche est possible dans la rue voisine sans issue. Plage à 3’ de voiture .
