Great stay with rundown facilities
Overall everything was okay, room spacious & neat. The housekeeping team are so effective... I give them 5 star. Front office staff are friendly & helpful. So far, services are good up to 4 star standard. The only setback, their furniture & fittings...totally run down & old already. This hotel need to have new millennium touch, modern & hipster & refurbish everything. If the management look into it, their names would be great again.

Staying duration : 20-22/12/2018 The room is okay but if the Hotel provide facility such as water boiler then it might be better for customers' convenience. In addition for further improvement, Hotel should prepare a double set of soap and shampoo as the Hotel already known that the booking was for two persons hence they should prepared 2 sets rather than waiting for customer to request Television in our room at level 5 room number 19 (i couldnt remember) also did not functioning.Hope that Hotel's Maintenance Team could make further checking and improved on the facilities provided for the customers. For the staff, they are very polite and helpful. Keep it up.
