Sarah at front desk would not honor my Hotels.com reservation. I asked for manager...same result. Came back 30 minutes later with a new front desk person & he quickly took care of me. Sad !!

My room was good everything I needed. But the breakfast was not good. The food was cold both days I was there. The second day got there right after it opened there was no sausage there was just a few eggs and they were cold and had to wait 15 minutes before anybody came out from the back to check it so I ended up going somewhere else for breakfast.

It was a very quiet and comfortable stay. After soaking in the hot tub i fell asleep almost immediately after returning to our room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very quiet and i slept like a baby. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean. The clerk that checked me in was not the most helpful and made me feel like she didn’t have time for me. The breakfast was not stocked. We had to ask for waffle mix and syrup. And there was no coffee. While we were eating others had to ask for eggs and sausage. There were three employees in charge of the breakfast and they didn’t seem to care.
