Worst reservation ever made. Somehow we ended up a noncancellable room. We all got sick with Covid before we left. These thieves stole our money. Will never ever do business with a Ramada or Travelocity again.

It was a very quiet and comfortable stay. After soaking in the hot tub i fell asleep almost immediately after returning to our room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very quiet and i slept like a baby. I would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean. The clerk that checked me in was not the most helpful and made me feel like she didn’t have time for me. The breakfast was not stocked. We had to ask for waffle mix and syrup. And there was no coffee. While we were eating others had to ask for eggs and sausage. There were three employees in charge of the breakfast and they didn’t seem to care.

Easy check in. I was given an adjoining room and the next door guests were extremely loud. I know not the hotels fault at all, but made for difficulty sleeping The trash in the bathroom was not emptied from the previous guests. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Very limited breakfast options.

Clean rooms
The hotel is under renovation and I am trying to be cognizant of that. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby was hard to find the signage in the front was for the restaurant so I wasn't sure that was the place to go. There was no one at the desk when I got there and one of the construction crew went to find someone after I waited for a bit. There a substantial renovations going on so it was a bit of a maze. It was another maze to find my room from the lobby but its just the layout is different. I think once reno is done it will be greatly improved. The pool area looked nice but I did not use it. But as I said the room was clean and in the end that was what really mattered to me.

Made sure the hotel knew we were traveling with a baby and lots of bag, no bag carts and they gave us a room on the second floor furthest away from the only elevator. Had to kill 4 different bugs in our room. Asked for a crib 3 times and never got a response. And cleaning came half hour before check out telling us they were ready to do our room.
