WONDERFUL FULLY RENOVATED TOWN HOUSE PERFECT LOCATION IN THE OLD TOWN NEAR BEACH

A very large and fully renovated antique house, with two floors, high ceilings, restored vintage woodwork , with many unique touches that makes it a really a special place. It is very cool in the summer time and it has spacious rooms.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double and the other good for four), a bathroom, the kitchen and the dining area with a large table which can seat up to 10 persons. Two beautiful courtyards provide daylight, ventilation with magnificent views.

Via a comfortable spiral stair one gets to the upper floor where there is a huge living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace, there is another double bed in the living rom separated by a wood screem . The living room is large enough having two sofas, armchairs, a bookshelf and a television set. The big terrace is full of plants and one can just stay there as time passes by. The terrace has a separate area where one can barbecue their favourite food.

There are two fireplaces, one on each floor, making it the perfect place to relax during the wintertime also electric heating in the bedrooms.

Situated in a quiet and relaxing area, close to beach, by the main boulevard where there are plenty of restaurants. One can easily park in a free public parking area just 80 meters away. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 meters, which is the same distance to the restaurants and commercial areas.

It is also very close to the train and bus stations. One does not need a vehicle to enjoy all the nearby beautiful places.

I can say that it is a dream house!!!! And objectively speaking I think is a wonderful house that retains the charm of the town’s houses and at the same time it is different from others. Every detail of the house is taken care of, making it a place to enjoy while on holidays.

Home from home House to stay ;-)
What a fantastic time celebrating my Birthday with family & friends in this beautiful spacious but warm & cosy House in Altea...... Delightful Virginia welcomed us well explaining the House and its contents. The House was pleasantly warm which i was quite surprised for it's size and open space...virginia kindly warning that around this time of year it could get cool early morning and late evening but with a log Berner upstairs and another down we soon got both fired up around 9pm so we didn't need to use the radiators which are situated in each bedroom. Thank you so much to Virginia a super super host and we will definately be booking again in the near future...... John

God kontakt med eier, og vi fikk fikset det vi evmanglet. Litt for kaldt så vi måtte kle oss godt inne. Savnet vinduer med utsikt. Perfekt beliggenhet for besøk både gamlebyen i Altea og strandpromenaden.
