The funky remarks so different from the usual boring “ do not disturb” for instance, is testimony of the charm of this hotel. The staff were superb; friendly, efficient and extremely helpful and welcoming! We felt like family!"

Very friendly staff despite being pretty busy. The location was in walking distance to all old town sights. "

"The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. Some parts of the hotel need some TLC, but the room we stayed in had an updated and clean bathroom and the room was a good size. The bed was a little too soft for me, but not so bad to make me not want to stay again when we go back to Regensburg. Breakfast was good and typical for European mid-range cost hotels. The hotel feels like you have stepped back in time and are staying at a royal's palace. "
