THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND ALL FLUENT IN ENGLISH. THE PROPERTY IS HIGH ON A HILL WITH BESUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS. IT IS ALSO CLOSE TO ALL THE TOURIST ATTRACTIONS.

Smart hotel in nice area
Hotel is situated in a pleasant residential part of town and is within minutes walk from a couple of the best restaurants in the city. The hotel is very clean and well run. All the staff were professional and polite. If I return to the city I will stay there.

O hotel é ótimo, café da manhã padrão. Ficamos 4 dias e quanto a limpeza do quarto, colocamos placa na porta e nem assim, foram limpar e nem trocaram as toalhas. O chuveiro é quentinho, cama muito espaçosa e confortável. Mesmo com os pontos contra, voltaríamos pq fizemos tudo a pé por ser próximo dos melhores pontos de Teresópolis.

O hotel é bom
A localização do hotel é ótima! Mas tive dois problemas: cobraram-me mais do que deviam, então estou aguardando estorno e a cama de casal parecia ser duas camas de solteiro unidas com densidades diferentes o que provocava desconforto.

Hotel muito bom. Bom chuveiro café da manha bom. Otimos atendentes. A varanda com vista é uma delícia. Luz do quarto de led no teto nunca apaga completamente dormimos a meia luz nao é agradavel pra quem gosta de quarto bem escuro.

O hotel fica em uma localização privilegiada e próxima a bons restaurantes. Dá para ver a Granja Comari da janela do refeitório. Muito bom!!!! A paisagem é incrível! Oferece um ótimo café da manhã e funcionários muito atenciosos. Alguns pontos negativos: ducha higiênica quebrada e as toalhas com cheiro desagradável.
